Just got it in the mail and finished using it for the first time – it works great. I use it for interval training in soccer, very easy to use and change between exercises. Loud enough for me to hear when it is time to change intervals.

Man, this gymboss thing is perfect. I also like the fact that it counts “sets” as well.

My GymBoss arrived in the mail after just 3 days, and it works perfect. It’s twenty dollars and is only the size of a small pager. It has 3 buttons and is very easy to set up, and is configurable to just about any workout. Some of the options available include:

* You can set 1 interval to repeat, or 2 intervals of different durations (so you can set a high intensity interval, and a low intensity interval).
* Intervals can be set down to the second.
* You are able to set it to countdown once, and then repeat each time you press a button, or get it to repeat without pressing any buttons.
* The alarm can be either a loud beep, a vibration, a soft beep, or any combination of those.
* The alarm can be set to go off for one second or ten seconds.

In repeat mode the gymboss will tell you how many intervals you’ve completed (sets), There’s nothing like the right tool for the job, and the gymboss is certainly the right tool.

Prior to the Gymboss I was using my Timex Ironman Triathlon for my Tabata workouts, and it was no where near as good as the gymboss.

I purchased my Gymboss at the Arnold Classic to deal with a workout partner that yaps more than he weightlifts. I wish I bought it online though, I paid $35.00 and then came online to see its only $19.95!

The Gymboss is perfect. No need to be rude with this in the gym.

WOW! Just wow!! I absolutely LOVE the gymboss interval timer. It is EXACTLY what I needed and have been looking for!

I received my timer today and it is sweet! More compact than I thought it would be! Very easy to use, versatile, small and ready to go whenever you go.
