Where to buy the Gymboss?

OK OK OK, I’ve just realised that I was posting about how great the gymboss is, and linking to pages about the gymboss interval timer, but never told you where to get this thing!

Gymboss.com sells them directly for only $19.95 and their service is outstanding. In most cases your interval timer will arrive in a few days if you live the UK or US. I live in Australia and mine arrived in about 5 business days.

Amazon does not sell the Gymboss, it sells a shite version that is rated about 1.5 stars – don’t even bother.

Sometimes you can pick up a Gymboss on eBay used, but for $19.95 and garunteed service theres not point risking it – buy your Gymboss from Gymboss.com.

THERE IS NOTHING MORE ANNOYING THEN HAVE TO CONTINUALLY CHECK YOUR WATCH AND HEART RATE MONITOR WHILE YOU ARE WORKING OUT AT YOUR MAXIMUM HEART RATE!

The gymboss inteval timer is a nifty little gadget which I have been using for a few months now in my interval training routines.

Basically what it does it beeps, vibrates or sets off an alarm after a specified duration – so you know when to change sets in your tabata, HIIT or fartlek routines!

As simple as the gymboss is, it makes so much difference in your workouts.
